Your first workout

New is normal here.

No one starts ready. Start anyway.

  1. 1

    Arrive a few minutes early

Find the shovel flag, introduce yourself and meet the men in the circle.

  2. 2

    Bring water and gloves

Wear clothes you can move in. Work gloves are useful when coupons come out.

  3. 3

    Modify anything

Every movement can scale. We leave no man behind and no man where we found him.

  4. 4

    Stay for the circle

We finish together with names, announcements and a Circle of Trust.

More than a workout

Three forces.
One stronger man.

F1

Fitness

The magnet. We train outdoors and push beyond what we would do alone.

F2

Fellowship

The glue. Shared work becomes accountability, friendship and real community.

F3

Faith

The dynamite. A belief in something bigger than yourself—and a purpose beyond you.

Build beyond the workout

No blame.
No excuses.

Questions are welcome

Before the
first sunrise.

Still unsure? That’s normal too.

Every Saturday from 6:30–7:30 AM, on the beach across from Academy Sports near 4750 Seawall Boulevard. Park on Seawall Boulevard; parking is free in the early morning.

Do I need to be in shape?

No. F3 meets you where you are. Every exercise can be modified, and all fitness levels work out together.

Is F3 a religious organization?

No. F3 defines faith as a belief in something bigger than yourself. Men of every faith—and no faith—are welcome.

What does “peer led” mean?

Participants rotate leadership. There are no paid trainers, and learning to lead is part of how F3 strengthens men and communities.
